One of the biggest corporations in the financial administration industry, Accountor, renewed their ERP to correspond with their business’ current needs. Accountor group is specialized in software solutions and outsourcing services for financial and HR services, and they employ approx. 2350 professionals in 7 countries.
The solution was delivered by Koho Sales Oy.
What led to Accountor’s decision to acquire a new solution were changes to the service model and processes related to strategy implementation. They wanted to be active in improving customer service, which made having transparent processes and tasks throughout the organization crucial for their operations. Accountor chose Koho as their new ERP, as it supports all the sectors needed for improving their service.
