Bullet takes care of accounting, payroll and financial statements in a bullet-proof way. Bullet&#8217;s special expertise is in staffing companies and cooperatives, and they want to automate everything that can be automated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the very beginning of Bullet, they only had Excel and a foreign system that couldn&#8217;t do what they wanted, so they quickly made the decision to adopt Koho. Susanna was already familiar with Koho from a previous company, so choosing a system was easy. She felt that Koho was well designed specifically for accounting services, with work orders and invoice automation to streamline operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koho&#8217;s holistic approach is impressive<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Koho&#8217;s comprehensiveness is convincing: salaries can be arranged chronologically, there are different payment dates, work orders make it easy to see the tasks to be done and invoices are generated automatically. As a result, invoicing is really easy. Bullet has a lot of small customers, which makes the automation of invoicing even more important. Also, the chain from quote to contract is made very convenient in Koho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Susanna also feels that workload monitoring is crucial in Koho, so that the staff are thriving and the workload is distributed more evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Koho has sped up operations by up to half<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kohosales.com\/en\/features\/deployment\/\">The deployment of Koho<\/a> Susanna&#8217;s previous use of Koho certainly helped, but there was a lot that was new, such as the invoicing background. Susanna found the most challenging part to be figuring out the predefined texts and phrases, but on the other hand, she felt that it was a good thing that they had to be figured out and harmonised all at once. In the future, it will be simple to use them. The Portal is also being introduced shortly for Bullet and Susanna is pleased that Koho will have new features that they can continue to use as their business grows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to calculations, Koho has reduced the time needed to process quarterly accounts, for example, by up to half. If you had to do it all manually, it would take days. In addition, there is no loss of invoicing and all the work is done and invoiced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Susanna also thinks it&#8217;s great that Koho&#8217;s customer service is quick to respond and people are approachable; it&#8217;s easy to get in touch when you need to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Susanna would <strong>recommend Koho especially to young accountancy firms and stresses that it is a good idea to start using Koho right from the beginning, so that all data is stored there from the start<\/strong> and reports can be monitored throughout the company&#8217;s life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Want to get to know Koho too?
