Their expertise lies in Microsoft technologies, with a mission to help businesses maximize the efficiency of their IT management. As an additional service, Above IT provides managed cloud solutions, including Microsoft public cloud services. The company currently employs three entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Above IT began using Koho\u2019s features early in its journey in February 2024. From the start, it was clear that smart PSA software was essential. The company wanted a solution to streamline monthly license billing from their distributor, minimizing time spent on invoicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Things started to fall into place, and after considering several options, we decided to continue with Koho. The main reason was that Koho includes a CRM system and all the necessary tools to manage the entire sales pipeline, from creating quotes to invoicing. Over the spring, we\u2019ve gradually expanded our use of Koho. We\u2019re now up <em>to speed, and Koho has already been a tremendous help in our daily operations,&#8221;<\/em> Juha adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Streamlined sales process and smarter invoicing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Above IT places a strong emphasis on sales, making centralized customer data and unified access to activities crucial. Koho\u2019s CRM and other sales tools have met this need effectively. Managing the entire sales process efficiently \u2013 from tracking offers to handling contracts \u2013 is made easy by having everything in one system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, Juha highlights that the most valuable feature of Koho is its ability to efficiently manage invoicing. This will become increasingly important as their customer base and recurring monthly invoicing grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Invoicing with Koho is incredibly easy and fast. Within a couple of days, this missing feature was added to the system. It\u2019s great to see that Koho genuinely evolves based on customer feedback.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recommended for project-based companies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Juha has observed that many project-based IT companies struggle with billing for tracked hours. Without a proper system, significant work can go unbilled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I recommend Koho to companies working on projects and facing these challenges.
