One of the biggest corporations in the financial administration industry, Accountor, renewed their ERP to correspond with their business’ current needs. Accountor group is specialized in software solutions and outsourcing services for\u00a0financial and HR services, and they employ approx. 2350 professionals in 7 countries.<\/strong>
The solution was delivered by Koho Sales Oy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What led to Accountor’s decision to acquire a new solution were changes to the service model and processes related to strategy implementation. They wanted to be active in improving customer service, which made having transparent processes and tasks throughout the organization crucial for their operations. Accountor chose Koho as their new ERP, as it supports all the sectors needed for improving their service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We ended up choosing Koho, as its features fit all our business functions, and it supports the development of the capacities that are most important to us in improving customer experience”, states Accountor’s development leader Hanne Duran<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deployment of the comprehensive Koho ERP was first made for approx. 1000 end users in Finland. Later on it’s possible to expand its use to all Nordic countries. The collaboration of Koho and Accountor is thus expected to last long into the future, as the scalability of Koho enables the use of one system, despite the slight differences in ways of operating in different countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
